We hit up the drive-in movies on Friday night. The last time we tried this both the kids crashed before the opening previews and Amanda and I watched Cars 2 all by ourselves. This time the kids were reading to party. We filled them up with pizza, popcorn, and a healthy does of skittles. If you are in east county, the Santee Drive-in a cheap way to take the whole family to the movies. Plus anyone that has been to the movies with kids under six, you will appreciate the ability to have them run around and not be confined to a seat for two hours. The whole family + dinner and treats was under $30.
