Perro Bravo | SOMA San Diego December 5th

The first time I heard Perro Bravo it was by accident. While I didn't visually know who they were, the sound that was coming from the stage was very familiar. It was that Long Beach sound that I hadn't heard since I last saw Long Beach Dub Allstars live. Or since I last listened to a Sublime live bootleg. That real Long Beach sound that a whole genre of music tries to replicate, but can't because they aren't Long Beach. Perro Bravo is fronted by Michael Happoldt from Sublime and backed by Greg Lowther from Falling Idols and Mike Long. So fucking happy to hear Long Beach back.
