Haley + Richard | Mt. Woodson Castle Wedding Ramona California

Haley and Richard were married at one of the most unique and stunning wedding venues in San Diego County, the illustrious Mt. Woodson Castle in Ramona, CA. I have photographed weddings here a handful of times and each time there is something new I didn't see before. Not only is the castle interior (it feels more like an old European stone farm home than a castle, equally as awesome) extraordinary, but the grounds surrounding the castle are unlike anything else in San Diego. We could walk just 50 yards and be surrounded by these amazing trees that are almost fairytale like at the right time of day. I was extremely excited when Richard and Haley told me this was going to be their venue.

Richard and Haley. I wish these two all of the greatest things life has to offer. I think the best trait us humans can hold, yet hardest for us to attain is being genuine. And that is exactly what these two are. Snapping images with a camera is only a very small part of photography. Connecting with people probably has more to do with good photographs than what gear is being used. When I get to work with people like Richard and Haley and their friends and family, it really takes a huge weight off being comfortable and having them be so welcoming.
