If you are a fan of music you will be a fan of
thepier.org. If you haven't heard of it yet, stop reading this and go there now. It is a really cool music blog that is ran stickily by the fans of music and not a fashion/trendy magazine like pretty much every other popular music website out there. They constantly have live interviews, concert reviews, album reviews, and pretty much anything you would want to know about your favorite bands. (well unless you favorite bands are lame. you will not find any Rascal Flatts interviews here.)
The owner/writer for the blog, Mike Patti, and I go way back and it was cool getting to run into him again. We got to talk about beautiful places such as Perris, Ca and amazingly cultured locals as well as the brilliant ideas of less than sober past friends and acquaintances.
